We are planning a project on the food system for the summer of 2023.
Possible components include exploring ways to develop food sovereignty; expand use of regenerative organic growing to reduce in GHG emissions; increasing awareness of health impacts of food; and improving institutional food at schools, colleges & universities, and hospitals. (More information on any of these possibilities is available on request.)
This internship posting is tentative — we will offer the internship only if we can assemble a qualified team of 3–5 students who can work 20–30 hours per week over the summer. If you are interested, let me know as soon as possible. (No commitment required until the spring.)
