Working Groups

Much of the Alliance’s work is done in partnership with other organizations, but we also have several working groups for specific projects. New groups are formed as new issues or interests arise. We invite you to join in the work of creating a more sustainable Lehigh Valley.

In addition to the specific working groups listed below, a Steering Committee provides overall coordination.

There are several areas that are not represented by active working groups at this time but have been raised in discussion—such as the arts, civil liberties, community rights, education & schools, fracking, networking collaboratives, and creating an active ‘Transition Town’ in the LV — A perfect opportunity for you to take the lead!
