The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts (PACD) publishes a Pennsylvania Water Resources Directory, which includes a Contact List for many organizations and agencies that deal with water quality and watersheds. The League of Women Voters maintains websites with schedules of council meetings and contact information for elected representatives at the local, county, state, and federal levels.
