Alliance interns use research & analysis to rethink the way we do things and undo the ‘business as usual’ thinking that has caused so many of the current crises. In the process, they raise awareness and help create a more sustainable future even as they gain hands-on experience developing solutions.
NOTE: Due to the coronavirus situation, some internships may have to be done ‘remotely’.
This summer, interns are working on developing the new version of the Sustainable Lehigh Valley booklet—with more creative work, both written and visual. Another team is exploring the criminal justice system and the urgent need for community-based & restorative justice systems, and they will report or present their recommendations to community groups and government.
Check our current internship opportunities page for information on upcoming internships!
If you are interested in an internship or would like more information, contact internship coordinator Peter Crownfield as soon as possible!
