Meditation for Physical and Spiritual Health with Stephen Hoog

“There are many forms of meditation from active to inactive. Meditation can relieve stress which in turn can be very healing for many forms of illness. It can help us spiritually to better see our fundamental nature. We will discuss a few of these practices and spend some time in quiet contemplation” – Stephen Hoog, Living Potentials.
Stephen Hoog has been a Macrobiotic Dietary and Lifestyle Counselor and Shiatsu Practitioner/Teacher since 1980. He has been offering Wild Food Walks since 1975 and has taught basic classes in Permaculture and Food Forest development. As part of his practice he uses Applied Kinesiology to aid in dietary recommendations and to facilitate his Emotional Release Work.
