Beyond Capitalism

Our group is named after the reading we started out with, Gar Alperowitz’s America Beyond Capitalism. We have been discussing aspects of political economy, discussing possible sustainable alternatives to our current system, as well as ways to get there. Our current projects include publishing Left Turn and putting on public presentations, like the play Marx in Soho, to raise awareness.
