Modern Crumb is a bakery located in the Easton Public Market, owned by head chef Kathryn Gaffney. They offer a variety of breads, scones, pastries, and desserts made from scratch in house. The bakery takes measures to reduce their impact on the environment by composting any excess materials, and donating leftover baked goods to employees at the end of the day. Additionally, they have come up with creative solutions to upcycle uneaten baked goods and incorporate them into cakes or other pastries to sell the next day.
