Using the Events Calendar
One way of finding out about “acting locally” is through our Events Calendar, which allows you to see all events in date order or to search by type of event and/or by focus-on category and location.
You can search the entire Calendar or restrict your search to the following event types:
- Activism-Advocacy
- Conferences-Expos
- Field Trips-Workshops
- Film Screenings
- Performances-Exhibits
- Planning Meetings
- Presentations
- Social-Recreational
Events may be combinations of these types. [More detailed descriptions of these event types are in the calendar section.]
You can also search by Category
Events, directory listings, Focus On… pages, and blog posts are assigned to Categories to help you find what interests you.
