RSS Feeds

RSS ['Really Simple Syndication'] makes it easy to track your favorite blogs, topics, or writers. The big advantage is that you don’t have to visit the website just to find out if anything has changed.

Is it hard to use?

Not at all—once you select what you want to follow, the system does the work—when an update occurs, it will show on your feeds page, including an excerpt so you can decide whether to go see the full post. If you use a Mac, you can choose to receive the feed in Safari or in Mail; it is also available in Firefox on either Mac or Windows.

RSS feeds are available for:

  • Blogs
  • Authors who post regularly
  • Individual pages or sections [or the entire site!]

You can also limit any of these by Category /topic [for example, Energy, Real Food, Human Rights, or Restorative Justice] or by type of page [such as Focus On… pages, Directory Entries, Events]

RSS feeds are still being finalized and will be available soon.
