Listed below are directories of local farm-raised food, wholistic health care, green businesses, the arts, and specific environmental concerns. Local Farm-Raised Food
Local Harvest (Farms and Farm Markets section) can help you locate sources of farm-raised food in the Lehigh Valley and elsewhere, using its Internet directory of small farms and their products.

The Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) publishes a Membership Directory, which has a handy “Farms, Businesses, Organizations Index” you can use to contact local food producers. PASA can be reached via phone at (814) 349-9856, email, or on their website.
Pennsylvania Certified Organic, a USDA-accredited Certification Agency, publishes a directory of certified growers, processors, and handlers. On their website’s Organic Market-place, one can locate certified organic producers of a wide variety of agricultural products, from dairy, livestock, and poultry to field crops and produce. The Robyn Van En Center has compiled a list of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farms in Pennsylvania. (See their website.)
The Weston A. Price Foundation Lehigh Valley (WAPF-LV) publishes a Directory of Local Farms. You can obtain a copy of the Directory by sending a check for $4, payable to WAPF-LV, to WAPF-LV, c/o Martin Boksenbaum, 287 Long Lane Rd, Treichlers PA 18086-0235, and they’ll mail you one; you can get a free electronic copy by emailing a request to email@example.com.
The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts (PACD) publishes a Pennsylvania Water Resources Directory, which includes a Contact List for many organizations and agencies that deal with water quality and watersheds. The League of Women Voters of the Lehigh Valley maintains a website with schedules of council meetings and contact information for elected representatives at the local, county, state, and federal levels.
The Lehigh Valley Arts Council publishes a Directory of the Arts in the Lehigh Valley. Contact them by phone (610) 437-5915, email, or on their website.
