Coalitional Projects

As one of our approaches, the Alliance initiates coalitional projects.

Two of these in 2009 were:

• Initiating the formation of a Committee of 100 for a Sustainable Lehigh Valley -- continuing into 2010.
• Initiating events in the Lehigh Valley for the Oct 24, 2009 350.org call for action vis-a-vis climate change.

In 2010, we're continuing to work to bring about that needed next level of regional cooperation and interconnectivity.  A "Committee of 100" may very well be part of that. But we're working on getting other organizations and individuals to say what they'd like. We're talking about building The Road Forward.
