5/15/10: What a wonderful time of the year. As everything comes alive & with all the new goats here at the farm, it makes us glad we're able to care for the animals & produce a great product. It's a lot of hard work but the rewards make it well worth it. Our web site has been completely revised. Take a minute to visit & see our new look. You can check in for blog, twitter & facebook updates. It's the easiest way to get the latest information. It also has a detailed list of places our products are available for purchase. Our raw feta is done aging & available in the store. Click here to join our facebook page. Our daughter, Naomi, keeps it up to date for us. - Lena Schaeffer

5/21/10: Memorial Day is next week; please place your orders early if you are counting on serving our products at your event. We want to please you and feed you well, so email orders are most welcome:
Burgers, hotdogs, steaks, lamb, pork, chicken, beef, bacons and sausages are all available. I'm probably one of the few people that write newsletters with a mule looking in my office window...something to think about...it reminds me to put the screen back in the window! One more thing, if you have any old but usable hand tools available, we are looking for specialty tools like scythes, hay forks, axes, pitch forks, draw knives, adzes, block and tackle etc. Many of the modern ones are poorly made, heavy and clumsy. If you do, please email me
trent@hendricksfarmsanddairy.com , pretty much any primitive homesteading stuff is on my list. Please come out to your farm as soon as possible. This time of year is beautiful and you really don't want to miss a single chance to visit. Peace, Trent Hendricks
