Are you concerned about the food available from the industrialized food system—the food that’s served in most schools, colleges, hospitals, restaurants.
In schools, for example, research has found that healthy fresh food improves school performance and helps reduce childhood obesity and diabetes. And schools may teach students about the importance of eating well and then serve them food that undermines their health and the health of the community.
